Doctor was extremely dismissive of concerns and refused to answer questions even after being asked the same question 5 different times. I was not treated as an individual patient, but as just someone to pay them and get out

Dr. Kings office was exceptionally clean and took every precaution to protect you from corona virus. Everyone had full mask and gloves and all the machines were properly cover after each patient. Everything was sterile

Dr. Kung is undoubtedly brilliant. In addition, he can explain test results and his diagnostics/analysis in layman's team so that patient can understand what he says at 100%. As a patient, this is very important to me.

Dr Kung is a terrible surgeon. I had Lasik my him in 2010. Now I need a corneal transplant because he should not have done the surgery. I went to look up his malpractice record and found out he has had 9 malpractice lawsuits against him in New York alone.

When I was diagnosed with glaucuma and dry eye, I decided to find a good doctor who accepted my medical insurance. Dr. Kung is not only an excellent doctor, but he truly listens to your concerns and cares about his patients. I also see Dr. Chen in between visits with Dr. Kung. Dr. Chen is an excellent ophthalmologist and also is very caring. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Not happy with my surgery. Kung made me pay extra for a laser and special lens and I still can see well. I found out that I have macular degeneration and should never have had cataract surgery. Crook!!!!

After seeing a doctor in Kung’s office, I went for a second opinion and found out that their diagnosis was completely wrong and they had been billing my insurance for thousands of dollars of unnecessary tests. This office has a terrible reputation from other doctors! Beware

I had Lasik surgery with Dr. Kong. It was the best decision I ever made. He was thorough, informative, answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained step by step every single thing that I was going to feel and what was going to happen throughout the entire surgery. He could not have made me feel more comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Kung.

Dr. Kung is very knowledgeable, patient, and has excellent bedside manner. The staff there are pleasant & helpful, and the office is very beautiful & clean. It's impeccable! This is definitely the place to go for all eye problems!

Doctor & Staff extremely courteous & professional. The office was extremely clean and comfortable.
My wife and I were seen right away, Dr. Kung and his staff were thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions and explained in detail his diagnosis. I would highly recommend Dr. Kung.

you never get to see dr. Kong and they push you on every other doctor and It changes for each visit. You can't even stay with one doctor, you have to see whomever they push on you! He staff is terrible and nasty... the doctor's are constantly going on vacation
