Very caring doctor! Highly recommend
From first meeting Dr Lacy in the UT er to my kidney stone removal and stent removal, he has been extremely caring and explained everything. He took his time with both myself and my husband to answer questions. He has an amazing bedside manner!

Very disappointed
This practice has been treating me for about two years. I had a routine follow up appointment scheduled. Just before that appointment, an issue emerged (literally) in my perineum. I am a cyclist and on a Sunday after a ride, a swelling came up in that area. It was the size of a large marble. I am very concerned about it. Is it a blood clot? An internal rupture? An injury? I don’t know but thankfully I had an appointment only three days later. The doctor only grudgingly looked at it, and said “that is significant”. He recommended an ultrasound exam to get more information. He noted there was one right downstairs that they could easily get scheduled. He said they would call to make the appointment. No call that day. All weekend worried to death about this large lump in my body. Am I dying? Will it burst? Will I bleed to death if it does?Still no call for twelve days. Still undiagnosed. Still worried.

Three appointments with this doctor. Not very friendly, yawned several times at my 3rd appointment. Acted as if he could not wait to get out of the room. Before he left he gave me a check out paper with "WHEELCHAIR" in large print stamped on it, some how that bothered me a little. Don't have any confidence that he can help with my chronic UTIs. Prescribed antibiotics for 6mos plus premarin cream. Will be looking for another urologist. Would not recommend this doctor or the practice....

I haven’t had no luck with this dr first visit he was nice ever since it’s like he always a different story about what needs to be done very unfriendly, rude ,has no care or concern for patients at all if you can avoid this guy most definitely speaking from much experience with him . I am basically stuck with him because the kind of surgery I need they say he is only one around that does it I have always been nice to him but he won’t even speak when he comes in room and is always in a hurry to leave and seems like he doesn’t care if I ever get problem fixed been wearing a catheter for over 3 months because he keeps putting off fixing problem tells me he is going to do a different next visit and does same test is fixing to cost me my job because he won’t do nothing ended up in hospital twice with UTIs because of catheter that could have been removed over 2 months ago if he would have just fixed problem to begin with sorry but I really don’t have no confidence in him at all sorry but tru

Dr. Lacy saved my life on Nov 4th, 2018 by performing a surgery to remove my bladder and prostate. Prior to this surgery, I was in such pain that I was ready to give up on life. My urethra was obliterated also. I now have a life which is pain-free after I recovered. I thank God he took on high-risk condition. The entire staff at this hospital were very professional and caring. Sincerly Ron Bishop
