Pain stimulator placement is wrong.
I went to see an actual neuro surgeon who told me it is not placed where it should be. I asked Lockhart at an appointment before this if it was right he said it was. Told me if I didn’t like it he would remove it after I just paid to have it installed. I had the injections 3 times with no relief and he knew I had rods in my back and hit the rods. The actual neuro surgeon said he was not doing it in the right place. I went to an actual neuro surgeon and had the injections and they worked great.

Dr Lockhard got many new patients because Guthrie got rid of one of the pain management drs. Who was excellent. I found Dr. Lockhard to be short with me and cocky. He wants me to find another pain management dr.

doesn't care about the patient, just because he couldn't understand the symptoms I have , weren't common I guess he said they didn't make sense to him or the concerns I had for his way of doing the procedure I was told if I didn't like his way go find another doctor so i did just that

I see Dr. Lockard a few times a year for a few different problems I have... and have been seeing him for at least 7 years now. He usually gets me in on a timely basis, and is great to work with. He will actually 'listen' to what your problem is, go over the options you have and schedule you for what ever procedure you need, usually within a week or two (pending his schedule of course). He and his staff work very well together and you are treated very well.
