He is the primary care physician for my family member who has chronic conditions and went to the ED. Was told to follow up with him after discharge, and did not do very well at home. When he was contacted after her ED visit, with continuing problems, he did not return call and over 24 hours later I contacted him to try to get some in home help. I knew that this would qualify for HH per Medicare guidelines. But the response I got, was that he did not order HH for that diagnosis, and that we could go back to the ED. Did not need to go back to the hospital and endure all that would entail. We needed HH care and he refused to even have home health evaluate. He has still not called her back it has been 2 days now.

Horrible Experience
Dr. Looney was very rude, did not show any concern for my issues, didn’t address any of my questions, and made me feel very poorly about my health. I have started going to a new provider and within the first visit with my new provider (4 days after my visit with Dr. Looney) I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, anemia, and a lot of vitamin deficiencies. Dr. Looney never took my concerns seriously or cared to ask about my symptoms to really dig deep into what is going on with me. If I would have trusted him, I would not know that there are many things wrong that I’m needing treatment for. I know my body and how I’m feeling and he didn’t care to listen or look into things. I’m so thankful for my new doctor who gave me a complete opposite experience. The staff that work with Dr. Looney have always been kind and caring, but Dr. Looney is the worst doctor I have ever seen and I have been to hundreds of doctors.

My husband, Allen Whitworth, came in as a new patient last week, and requested info on COVID vaccines. Dr looney gave him an exam & a clean bill of health and strongly recommended the vaccine. End result, he became ill the day after getting the shot and ended up testing positive for COVID. I am also feeling poorly, but I refuse to boost the stats with a test. If there is no treatment, why bother. I feel like the whole system is a racket, and I might not ever trust doctors again.

The absolute worst experience with a Dr. I have ever had. Prescribed medication but forgot to submit the order to the pharmacy. Requested X-rays and forgot to submit the orders for X-rays. I’ve called and emailed trying to fix the issues. Never received response and calls never answered or returned. Staff is very dismissive in person even though they weren’t busy. They provided no information and seemed irritated by simple important questions.
