Dr. Lowney's receptionist isawful.
Dr Lowney's receptionist usually doesn't answer the phone. I left multiple phone messages, asking for a call back, nothing. When I finally got her to answer the phone, she angrily told me it was impossible to re-fax my request, that's policy with no exceptions. When I told her she had poor customer service, she hung up on me. Childish!Dr John Lowney deserves better!

Great Doctor
My husband has been going to Dr. Lowney since the early 90's. He has had quadruple bipass, stents, and a heart attack. When I developed a-vib I started going to Dr. Lowney. We trust the doctor with our heart health.

Don't bother calling, they don't answer their phones. Tried for two hours and never got through to a live person. Had a billing question for their billing dept. and they never answered the phone. You leave a message and they call you back a week later. I finally show up to the office to pay the bill in person and their was no patients in the waiting room and the receptionist still didn't pick up to answer a call. Piss poor! This review does not reflect the care I received from Dr. Lowney, he may want to implement some new office procedures or fire somebody.
