Horrible experience
The fact that I was referred to him, test results forwarded to him and he wondered why I was there. He answered two phone calls during my consultation and proceeded to express his anger regarding them. His attitude towards me since I had previous gastric surgery and the fact I had a small bowel tumor which he proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t remove. I would need to find a different surgeon because If he found adhesions from the previous surgery he would just close me up. He is unprofessional and I wouldn’t let him operate on a dog. He by far hates what he does and he shows it.

I chose to have Dr. Mack remove a growth on my leg after watching him interact with a family in the waiting room post-surgery many years ago. He was kind, caring, confident, and yet not arrogant. My first impressions were EXACTLY correct. Dr. Mack evaluated my condition, scheduled my surgery, operated (which was more involved than either of us thought it would be), and did follow-up, all in a professional, caring, and personal manner. I could not be more please or recommend Dr. Mack and his staff more highly!!!! Great surgeon!!! Definitely I would recommend Dr. Mack to my family and friends.

Dr. Mack performed my bilateral inguinal hernia repair. Excellent professional communication about what to expect. I respect that he performed the surgery in the traditional way versus laparoscopic. I had friends who had less favorable results. I had no issues and was back to normal very quickly.

He seriously treated me like I was his daughter. Very patient, calm, explained everything, genuinely wanted to address every single concern of mine. He has a servant’s heart. Just a good person. Our community is blessed to have him.
