Dr. John Mandeville, MD

I met with Dr Mandeville in October for review for a blepharoplasty for upper eyelids. He was pleasant and said it was fifty fifty chances I would be approved by insurance but worth the test. Had test on Mar 12. I rcvd message on cell on Mar 13th that Dr had reviewed and I qualified under insurance. Instructed to come for follow up to discuss next steps. When I got there, he said I did not qualify and that he was surprised that someone had called me to say I was… I have the voicemail so I there is no mistaking the message. I would not have wasted my time on another visit should I have been told I did not qualify from the message- I feel misled and wasted my time as the dr knew I was not interested in this procedure unless it was covered under insurance.

My eyelids looks fine. He did an ok job. I just didn’t get a good vibe from him at all. He was arrogant and dismissive and rude. I wish I had gone to someone else.

Dr Mandeville is rude and only cares about making $. He tried to talk me into having work done on my face that I did not want nor ask for. Who tells someone they should fix their face????!’n

Highly recommend this highly skilled physician and his team for blepharoplasty. Wonderful results!

Dr Mandeville performed my upper eyelid surgery to reduce wrinkles. I loved him from the first appt. His expertise and kindness are remarkable. All of the staff at Eye Health Services are professional and accommodating. I am thrilled with the results of my surgery - it took at least a decade away from my eyes. Excellent! I had very heavy eyelids, so heavy that it interfered with my vision and my insurance covered most of it. Dr. Mandeville performed eyelid surgery. Very professional, highly skilled and very kind .. he really sets you at ease (and I was nervous!) No pain, minimal swelling and bruising!

It has been a couple years now and I had very heavy eyelids at the time. I can honestly say even now that the difference is phenomenal! The heavy eyelids prohibited me from seeing clearly and this is the reason I had the procedure done. The upside was that because of my eyesight being inhibited by my heavy eyelids, that my insurance covered most of it. The plus side is, the procedure took literally years off my appearance!

After a very frustrating time with two of his colleagues, Dr. Mandeville was an absolute professional. Courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable, he addressed my concerns, performed eyelid surgery resulting from Sebaceous Carcinoma, and is someone I would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Mandeville recently performed both upper and lower blepheroplasties on me, and I am very happy with the results. Dr. M is easy to talk to, listening to questions and concerns like a good friend, yet utterly professional and gifted at his craft. His staff is equally friendly, and their teamwork is miraculous: I was startled at the end of my procedures when he popped out my eye shields as I'd never felt him put them IN! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Mandeville to anyone with eye concerns :)
