Very bad front office wants to charge you for everything and seems that’s what they only care about!

I have been a patient of Celeste for the past two years and have never been disappointed. The office is always very friendly and I have not experienced the wait issues like some other reviews. Celeste has always been very kind and spends plenty of time with me as my health issues are complex. I appreciate this practice.

Was disappointed they told me my daughter could come right in and then she was there for 2 hours. For an appt to be able to get her prescription renewed. If you have an issue you hope will be helped don't count on it. We usually see Celeste and after discussing the same issues we are now going to go elsewhere. We had been filling with Patient First since after hours was always a better time for us anyway but after todays awful experience of the huge wait. No update was given as to how far behind

I’ve go e to Dr. Manubay for over a decade. I’m a firm believer in not going to the Dr. or Hospital unless im dying. He has always properly diagnosed and treated me. He has always treated me with compassion, understanding, and respect. I never wait long in the waiting room. The entire staff is courteous and competent. Best PCP in Berks!

I had an appointment for 3:00 with flu like symptoms and it is now 4:40 and I've still not been seen. This office organization is absolutely terrible. I will be changing Doctors after this experience.
