Dr. Matlock has been my PCP for over 4 years. He has always been courteous, attentive, thorough, down to earth and practical. For too long, I avoided getting a colonoscopy but finally did it, thanks to Dr. Matlock's repeated encouragement. His staff has been unfailingly gracious, responsive and easy to contact. The office goes the extra mile to be sure I obtain necessary prescriptions and referrals.

After my visit I found an online review that said Dr Matlock was a model example of Doctors are God! That was true then, and certainly is true now, ten years later! Talk about a RUDE and ARROGANT Dr .Unbelievable !

I have been a patient of Dr. Matlock for several years. He is thorough in his care and listens to me when I have an issue. My one complaint is that his staff does not respond quickly, if at all. I had an illness and needed FMLA paperwork completed. It took his staff a month and 7 emails from me to get the paperwork completed. I had to ask for an extension in getting the paperwork filed because they took so long. No response to many of my emails asking for a status update. Very disappointing!

He is a horrible, arrogant, man who on my first visit never made eye contact and performed a rectal exam and pulled my underwear down without my permission or even tell me what he planned on doing. His exam was hurried, rough & extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t take my dog to him let alone a friend or family member.. Stay as far away from him as possible.. it was the worst Dr visit I’ve EVER had!!!

That was the worst dr visit I’ve ever seen. He was so rude and rough with my elderly mother. If I could give no stars I would. He never asked her anything and did the roughest exam I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this doctor.

Dr. Matlock really takes care of you. He isn't the type to just see you 5mins. He will ask you questions & gives tough love or says how it is. Thanks for helping me control my diabetes. His staff is awesome as well.
