Dr McAllister is the most thoughtful and incredible Orthopedic Physician one could have. 4 months after a knee replacement completed a half marathon 13.1 miles. Finished 7th in the over 70.

Dr. McAllister performed my hip replacement in November 2019 and did a phenomenal job! I have had zero pain or discomfort, he was very informative and answered all my questions from the very beginning. He keeps things lighthearted, but professional and is a top doc in my book. His PA, Matt Pliske, is great as well! I have seen him before and after surgery and like Dr. McAllister, is very friendly and professional and answers any questions or concerns I have. I would highly recommend Dr. McAllister to anyone having hip issues.

Very nice doctor but scheduling was terrible. On hold one time for over 30 minutes. They need more staff to help answer calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions they may ask. This is very poor customer care. Ended up driving 60+ miles round trip to get the number of rep to get brace repaired.

Dr McAllister is an exceptional physician who spends time with you and explains your treatment options thoroughly. I have a great deal of respect for him.
Unfortunately the front desk staff have forced me to seek other options. At first I thought they just didn't like me, but then I talked to 2 other patients that come to the St Peters location and they have had the same experience!
The ladies are not just rude, they are argumentative with patients and have the personality of a dead fish.

After looking for a doctor who could talk to the patient and answers any question I ask I found Dr McAllister. He explains everything,and his skill and the 3 d knee had me walking 12 days from surgery with no walker or cane. There was some soreness but nothing like I had before. His office staff are wonderful.

Treated like cattle and zero concern for the patient after surgery! I would not recommend this doctor and I would tell him so if I could ever speak with him. It's a holiday and my pain and swelling just don't fit in his holiday plans!

After being in pain for almost two years and having physical therapy with no improvement, I decided to see Dr. McAllister who was recommended to me. He looked at my x-ray and told me that I definitely needed a hip replacement, which was done one year ago. I was out of the awful pain immediately and am now walking every day and doing all my own yard work.
