Dr. John McBee, MD

Dr. McBee made it very clear to me that, as a patient, my health did not matter. I was referred to him by the ER when I went in for stomach pain. The ER Dr felt my abdomen and stated I had a hernia. I saw Dr. McBee who sent me in for a CT scan. It took 2 weeks for him to call me with results and the 'results' were for me to go back in to see him. He said my IUD moved out of position and sent me in for an ultrasound. That didn't warrant an office visit. That could have been a phone call and a referral. But, he has to get that money somehow. I went in for the Ultrasound. 2 more weeks went by with no results from McBee. I called and was told they would have him review the results and call me back. Another week goes by and still no phone call. I had to call again, to which his staff was extremely rude. Both Travis and April. I was again told, he would review it and call me. 2 more days go by and finally a call from April, not Dr. McBee, stating he was sending me to gynecology.

Can't imagine how these reviews are factual. This Dr. released a patient from St Anthony's with minimal care and subsequently, patient returned in a little over 24 hours and had emergency surgery. Extremely poor care provided at incredible cost to the patient and the patient's future life.

Very kind and caring yet still making his point. Was not belittling when discussing personal options for my particular care that may not be considered "standard". I had a voice in the matter and he is willing to listen and explain everything presented. I would recommend him highly. Thank you. Dr McBee. Your staff is amazing, as well.

Dr. McBee has been wonderful to my family going out of his way to get us in when our son had been ill for months. I know of other families he has touched for those same reasons, caring and understanding, an amazing doctor. His staff has always been friendly & very helpful as well.
