When going in ED for severe pain in my neck and shoulder and pain/numbness on ENTIRE left side, this idiot snaps my neck. Right after making a comment that made him look like an idiot. THIS PERSON HAS NO EMPATHY AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKING CARE OF PEOPLE!!!

I fell and came to ER IN EXTREME PAIN. He only did an X-ray, said nothing is wrong, would not give me anything for pain, literally accusing me of just wanting drugs. I had to beg for a referral to an orthopedic dr. 5 days later I was in surgery because all 3 of my hamstring tendons were torn off my pelvis. My hamstring was balled up behind my knee and my entire leg was black. He was a jerk and very disrespectful to me. I can’t even begin to describe the pain I was in and he was very uncompassionate. This was 7/10/17
