Made an appointment on zocdoc for 3 pm today. I called to confirm and they hung up on me multiple times. They said they had no confirmation of my appointment and that the nurse and doctor don't even see people at the time of my scheduled appointment. They are so unprofessional.

He listen to my problems and actually explain my medical condition to me unlike other doctors. He made me feel comfortable and the medication he gave me work. I am feeling much better now. I have recommended him to my friends and family.

The staff is inept and Dr. Michel cares about making a quick buck and not his patient's well being. He is disrespectful & unreasonable. I've never been treated so poorly while being charged so much. He threw a conniption when he was asked to sign a medical claim form, which I made sure to get filled out so it was as simple as a signature, and told me he would never sign another one again for me. That's how people who pay for insurance get reimbursed when you don't take insurance. Stay away.
