doctor never there,everyone lumped into one category,staff changes monthly,dont have a glue about your history, and don't care, no doctor on hand, don't see same pract. not dr the same time,one visit was like being in a child care center, never answer phone, sent to extension 101 and hangs up, there about a year and 3 office managers have come and gone, needless test just to charge your insurance,if you don't do the test you will not get your meds, even if the test does not help you .noroomleft

All of my visits to his office have been pleasant, they are a very comprehensive facility and want to make sure they do everything they can to make you better. He and the practicioner are very diligent and caring. They want to make sure that you are provided with all options to help make your life better.

You don't have medical treatment by Dr. Miles except for one particular reason. The specialties and pain mgmt treatments of his expertise are not even available according to staff. LARGE TURN OVER IN STAFF FOR PAST SEVERAL MONTHS AND CONTINUING... This includes office staff AND PA's! Perhaps if these alternatives such as trigger point injections and/or epidural injections as provided in initial medical treatments offered in his descriptions were truly offered, this would be a great!
