ZERO STARS!!!
Dr Morren decided he already knew what was wrong before my appointment. I drove from West Virginia to see him and I will not go back to the Cleveland clinic. It was a huge waste of my time and I do not think he is an expert as I got more from google. Do not waste your time or money seeing this “doctor” My other doctors are also deeply disappointed in how I was treated and how useless this appointment was. I wish I had scheduled with literally anyone else.

Not Trustworthy
As anyone who has waited to see a specialist knows, you typically have to wait months. I did. I arrived 15 minutes early for my video visit, as instructed. The camera wouldn't work on my end and he refused to carry on with audio only, so I asked if I could quickly switch to another device. He agreed, but he already knew he had no intentions of continuing the video appointment because not three minutes later his office was calling to tell me (still well BEFORE my actual scheduled appt. time) that he was cancelling. I don't know if he had somewhere more important to be or if he is trying to establish that video visits "don't work" but this was beyond unacceptable. It was like being in a waiting room, having the doctor tell you he will be right with you, then scurrying off and having his staff tell you he left.

Saw this physician yesterday. Based on that visit I can honestly say that in over 60 years I have never experienced a more thorough evaluation of a physical complaint, a more genuine attempt at finding a cause for it nor a more pleasant man to explain his medical opinions and plans to resolve my issue. Dr. Morren instilled in me great confidence in his knowledge and ability to do whatever would be appropriate for my care. He knew how to illicit information about my symptoms that I would not have considered, he was engaging and his sense of humor was calming. I never felt rushed (no subtle knocks on the door by the time keepers) and he answered all questions my wife could think of. He was recommended by a family member and I would do the same in a heartbeat. Well done Dr. John.

Once this guy found out I was applying for disability, his entire attitude changed with me. I could tell that he didn't want anything to do with me. Even after multiple auto-immune markers in my blood work, (ESR, ANA, SSA, anti-Jo 1) all he did was recommend that I take vitamin D. Well, 2 years later, my vitamin D is perfect, I got my disability and not one of my symptoms are gone and my blood work is worse. What a waste of a trip to Cleveland and a waste of a spot for a competent doctor.

This doctor misdiagnosed me for over a year and the worst part is, it was all in my blood work that he ordered himself. How is this man even a doctor at all?
