He ALWAYS takes the time needed to answer all and any questions. He has a way of making you feel like you’ve known him for years. He’s kind and remains calm in any situation. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever had by far.

We had just moved to the area when I got pregnant, having 5 previous miscarriages I was looking for the best doctor I could find. Dr Murphy came highly recommend by everyone I talked to. I’m glad I found dr Murphy, he was absolutely amazing through my whole pregnancy. He took his time to sit and talk and explain everything in great detail. His bedside manner was great and knew how to make you feel comfortable. I ended up having my miracle baby and I think a lot had to do with dr Murphy’s expertise. I would recommend him a million times over!! Thank you Dr Murphy!

I had a terrible experience. He entered the room with his own agenda. Assuring me he'd read my chart notes bcs he wanted to get to know the "whole patient" but without ever asking me questions or clarifying anything with me. Spent all my time talking AT me about things irrelevant to the appointment, things that didn't pertain to me. Awkwardly fell off the exam table, fully exposed and bent my back bcs he closed the table before I was up. A month later, no return call, no results. Left crying.

He's now delivered both our children, couldn't ask for anything more in a Doctor. Great person, extremely kind, makes you feel comfortable, and is just an all around amazing Doctor. Couldn't be more happy with our choice to use Dr. Murphy.

Dr Murphy was amazing throughout my entire pregnancy and the delivery of our daughter. This was our first child and I couldn't have felt more comfortable and at ease! He was calm and warm. Thank you Dr Murphy for an amazing experience- we will never use another OB/GYN!

He has delivered to of my healthy baby girls! Had complications with the first born during labor but he had it under control- my husband and I have complete trust in him and his disissions. He is very personable and knowledgeable - and makes pregnancy and delivery fun!

The best ob-gyn in Bend, Oregon. Very nice and professional. Dr. Murphy was highly recommended by my co-workers including my boss and so I switched to him. He successfully removed an 8 cm dermoid cyst from my left ovary last Feb 25, 2016. My overall surgery experience was great considering its my first surgery ever and I was really scared at first. I felt like Dr. Murphy and his team really took good care of me. No complications and no bleeding, I'm recovering fast!
