I have had 20 or 30 treatments by Dr. Nelson.He is extraordinary with expertise that is unmatchable. He has earned my 100% trust and has never disappointed.I am grateful to Dr. Nelson.Charles Provenzano Jr.

Office staff were excellent and helpful. Nurse asked very little history and seemed rushed atter the procedure. I received no post op information verbal or written. The 3 rating is the result of j Stuart Nelson's hostile, demeanor. He became exasperated when I asked questions regarding the chances of success with the treatment he was referred to do. They used no numbing cream for laser to my lip. I am a retired master's prepared Cardiac CC care nurse. I found his behavior unacceptable.

As usual the experience with Dr Nelson and his team is the BEST. We traveled t of miles to see him and wouldn't see anyone else

People working there were very kind and helpful. I did have problems getting an appointment by phone. Hard to get a return call.

The treatment was very well from the doctor, the nurse, the staff, but the cost of an out-of-patient for just a little tiny spot to be taken away using a yellow laser, $515 is excessive.

My daughter has had several treatments over the past 18 months. We have had a great experience with Dr. Nelson and the staff. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful. I have been comfortable with every step of the process because Dr. Nelson has been so transparent with the details of the treatment. He has allowed me to ask questions but also, done a great job including my young daughter in the process allowing her to ask questions and speaking directly to her. She actually looks forward to going to her appointments. We could not be happier with our experience.

I met with Dr. Nelson and he immediately told me that my scars were too old to treat and in order to treat scars they have to be within a few months old. This is something that the receptionist and nurse could have told me so as to avoid a $150 fee that I paid for to find out within the first minute that I was not a candidate for the laser Dr. Nelson uses. Dr. Nelson was very nice and professional along with his staff. Just wish the receptionist had this basic information when scheduling appts.

Hello, Dr. Nelson, I have been going to him, it seems like, for about seven years and he is always very professional, very courteous, on time, and I could not say enough good things about him. He does a great job (INAUDIBLE).

The doctor should provide more info about whether the treatments are working and what he's changing from previous treatments. I always feel like I'm inconveniencing him by asking.
