Dr. John Nusser, MD

My 73 year old mother was a patient of Dr Nusser. She had an aneurysm in 2002 and survived but when she began having regular headaches recently he didn't seem to consider the possibility that she should see a neurosurgeon. Last Wednesday, my mother passed away after 10 days in the hospital and 2 hours in Hospice. Today is Monday and the crematorium is still waiting to cremate my mother. On Thursday his office said he wouldn't be in until Monday to fill out the necessary document. The Solace cremation urged the office to contact the Dr. And he said get would "try" to do it by the end of the day. Now it's Monday and by 4:45 Solace Cremation calls me to tell me that the Dr. Didn't complete part of the form so my mother must continue to wait to be property handled. Has he never done this? Where is standard of care? Do the deceased not deserve any decorum of respect? I am sure he would have more concern if it were his mother.

Only prescribed 2% lidocaine gel for breakthrough pain. I suffer from moderate to severe intractable pain. Well documented in medical file. I could have bought 4% lidocaine without wasting my time. Will never see that provider again.
