Doctor Ogden is always upbeat, relates health issues with care, and has a staff that does a good job of care.

He took the time to listen to us. Contacted us later, even it was not required. He is kind, care about his patients and is very approchable. We really appreciate that he referred us to another specialist when needed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ogden at Methodist Stone Oak hospital when he was asked to consult in my care. From the moment he stepped into the hospital room his bedside manner was exceptional. When I followed up in his office, Dr. Ogden not only listened but heard my voice. He seeks to talk with and not at you. Mostly Dr. Ogden is not a “best guess” doctor, he runs all necessary tests to determine what your diagnosis is or what course of treatment you may need. I didn’t agree with everything but having a doctor explain how a particular course of treatment would only aid in my recovery is not something I’m used too, and was very refreshing. I met Dr. Ogden when I landed in the emergency room with severe back pain. There were several staff members in my room talking amongst themselves. What I remember most about Dr. Ogden is that he emerged from the crowd and began speaking with me. He introduced himself and let me know that I had cancer. He also informed me of the tests that he needed to confirm.Now being retired and new to the area, I was not only concerned about the treatment but who to choose when the diagnosis was confirmed.Well I had several hospitals and oncology doctors solicit me from my insurance carrier. But I’m a praying woman. When I asked God what to do, I could hear this still small voice that said stick with Odgen.I’ve learned to listen. Not only did he listen to our concerns but my daughter who’s a lawyer by practice.We all felt comfortable with him and now things have turned around.He’s taken care of me. My husband and family is very pleased that I was in his care.

Phenomenal interest in my overall health and took the time to get to know me as a person including my background, and you could tell he was not only a great clinician but genuinely cared as well!
