Absolutely exceptional experience with Dr. Ohman and his staff. His bedside manner is bar none the best I’ve experienced. I was the most impressed with his ability to recite my medical history without ever turning to his computer to look at my chart. I felt safe and comfortable knowing that he took the time to not only review my medical history but also to commit it to memory. So grateful for my PT who noticed the symptoms and referred me to his office. Once in the hands of Dr. Ohman, I knew I was going to be taken care of and he provided me with hope for heeling and getting my life back. I am 6 weeks out from having TOS surgery and Pectoralis minor syndrome surgery and could not be more grateful for his skill and care!

Having a AAA,and years of watchful waiting,it came time to consider elective surgery.,and to find a surgeon. Dr Ohman was the ONLY surgeon I met who sat me down,put everything in layman terms and asked what I wanted,as I was a candidate for open and EVAR repair. He spent a great deal of time listening to my fears,my goals of quality of life after surgery and thoroughly explained every option,along with the pros and cons of each. Well..today is day 4 after my EVAR surgery,and am doing well!! Dr Ohman and his entire team are excellent, from apts to consults to surgery and aftercare, they are what others should strive to be. If your in need of a vascular surgeon,I won't go to any other. It's worth the 6hr round trip drive to know I'm in the hands of one of the top surgeons and team in the country. I simply cannot recommend him,his team or Washington University Hospital high enough. God blessed them with a talent at which they excell.

Dr. Ohman is excellent! He has fantastic bedside manner and his technical skills are second to none. Every part of my experience from the initial phone call for an appointment to the actual OR day has been well organized and smooth. He explained what I should expect and his staff made it happen. Every interaction I have have with him and his office has been well organized, courteous, professional and friendly.
