Dr. John Panzek, DDS

Did not going over X-rays or show the X-rays . Took money for a cleaning and only did one side of my daughters mouth. Continued for 4 weeks to cancel my daughter’s appointment to finish the other side. Will not answer their phones or call us back to reschedule the appointments. Will not give us my daughter’s X-rays that my dental insurance paid for because they will not open their door or return my phone call. The Dentist Dr. Panzek will not wear a mask while treating my daughter and spits when he talks. Staff was rude a few times. Spelled our last name wrong and the correct spelling was on the paper work and spelled our street address wrong and it was spelled correctly on the paper work. Do not go to this dentist! They need to be investigated!

I recently visited this dentist’s office and was disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by the staff. While the dentist himself was fine, the same cannot be said for his team. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, impatient and unprofessional. I will not return. Overall, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a pleasant dental experience.

I would skip this dentist if your looking for a new one. Was not patient with me , didn’t display any compassion or understanding. When asked to provide more detailed information about treatment plan he got upset and told me he didn’t want to treat me and to find another dentist. By all means! This man will never be putting sharp objects in my mouth or pulling teeth out. It was painful enough spending the time with him that I did. Treatment plans need tx teams, this man has a God complex!

My husband I switched to Dr. Panzek when our's retired. We both agree that Dr. Panzek offers first rate dental/prosthodontics care. We've both had several caps done to replace old fillings. A nice man of great character, and a perfectionist, he is also a Freddie Mercury fan. Who wouldn't want a really cool, fun, well-traveled, proficient dentist. Dental assistant, Claire, is awesome! Also, love his office staff: Susie & Pam. Today my teeth were cleaned by Kelly and it was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Panzek was my dentist for several years and he is probably the best dentist I ever had. Excellent care, credentials, and a caring nice person.
