Bad bedside manner. I went in with staph from a previous surgery and came out 5 months later after 4 additional surgeries in pain I've had to live with for the past 25 years. Dr Peloza would not offer any reasons for my pain or suggestions to correct it. He said there was nothing more he could do. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone for anything at all.

Dr. Peloza has done 3 separate spinal surgeries and several more diagnostic procedures on me. All the surgeries were successful with no complications. He is a consummate professional. He puts the patients needs first. Tries the most minimal approach before pulling out any big guns. The staff treats you like family. Trust this clinic implicitly.

After going through conventional therapy for four years, Dr Peloza said I needed double fusion. I never even had a discectomy before he pulled out the big guns. I wish I had a second opinion. After having the double fusion, my pain level only grew. It was in the same places before the surgery. After going back to his office several times, the last one being a year after the double fusion failure, he said there was nothing he could do and dismissed me. I was lost and left to deal with chronic pain forevermore.

My experience with Dr. Peloza has been outstanding. I was first examined by Dr, Peloza in 1998 for cervical stenosis and his care has been excellent. He operated on me in 2015 and again in 2018 due to a severe accident and the results have been excellent. He is a doctor of great skills and compassion. RPM

Had been diagnosed with 1 ruptured and 2 herniated discs. Dr. Peloza accelerated my insurance company’s decision to operate from three weeks to two days. At surgery found I had 2 ruptured and 3 herniated discs. The two hour surgery was turned into five hours. Good news... no fusion. The surgery, post operative care were excellent. Dr. Peloza and his staff is highly recommended.

From the initial call for an appointment to surgery and follow up appointments this has been an amazingly positive experience. Dr. Peloza is professional, confident and decisive in his analysis of my condition and presented the least invasive plan for my treatment. My surgery was highly successful. Not only is Dr. Peloza an outstanding physician, he has assembled an exceptional and caring staff that has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. My quality of life has been restored. FIVE STARS!

I've trusted my life in Dr. Peloza's hands, literally. My life was on the line a as I had extensive damage to my cervical and lumbar spine w/cord damage. He fixed me. I would trust NO OTHER physician other than Dr. Peloza with my neck or back issues. He's the best hands down, clinical, surgical and post-op care. I have referred my own family to him as well as friends. Certainly worth driving from Okla City to Dallas since 2011 over 25 times. His patient coordinator, scheduler, nurse-A+++++++++

What I like about Peloza is that he does not rush into surgery. He wants to exhaust all of the non-surgical options before considering surgery. Plus i think he one of the more talented surgeons in the country. His PA Matt is great, I often go into to see him first on an issue.

I had been recieving quarterly steroid injections in my neck for a number of years that was required or my pain got out of control. Dr Peloza reviewed my charts and did a different procedure and i have been basically pain free for a year now. This would be 5 star review but we had billing problems with office even after getting pre-approval from insurance.

I had my 2 year check, X-rays today. 2 years totally pain free. I was so foolish to put off the surgery for years when the fix was so easy. Dr. Peloza changed my life. I am an active 70 year old, playing golf, working out and working a full schedule.

My medical experiences with Dr. Peloza have been more than outstanding. He managed to rid me of excruciating pain in my back that had troubled me for years. Any followup appointments are always handled with superior professionalism. I would never hesitate to have him treat me in the event of any back or spine issues. Personally I think that he has no peer—he is just the best! Rita K.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Peloza?
Dr. Peloza took a very prescriptive approach to accurately diagnose the root cause of my chronic back problems and confidently explained his approach to surgically repair my back. While he took every step to avoid surgery, once he realized that was the best course of action, he took the time to explain exactly how the procedure would alleviate my pain and his success rate with that procedure. I am happy to say that I am pain free and living an active lifestyle in which I am truly grateful.

I have cervical (stenosis/degenerative discs/bone spurs) issues, that are quite painful. Dr. Peloza is a thoughtful, conservative physician who tries non-surgical treatments when at all possible. He suggested an injection at two levels and I went from being at a pain level of 10+ to a 1 or 2. That was a year ago & I'm still great! I highly recommend Dr. Peloza, who is a very skilled and highly-trained spine surgeon with years of experience.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Peloza?
Dr. Pelops is not a good doctor in my opinion. He seems out to make money without caring about his patients needs. He sent me to physio therapy at the clinic he owns for 6 months. I missed a week and they thought I had stopped going and sent a bill that only the first 4 visits were covered. They let me pay the deductible unknowingly only to discover I owed thousands. When I queried this he got angry and said he wouldn't do surgery on me. I am thankful I discovered this before I let him operate.
