Caring and professional
I had five fractures in my big toe including displacement. Dr. Reagan took the time to help me find the best treatment for my toe and healing. He gave me a timeline of healing and care for each step of the way. He was professional, courteous, caring, and concerned for me. With my follow up visits he was able to help revise my care each step of the way.

Lies and Doesn’t Care
Dr Reagan is dismissive and massively passive with treatment. He acts annoyed you are there, constantly checking his watch to leave. Actually examining my foot he did it from a distance leaning in giving only a cursory look. More importantly he lies straight to your face, changes treatment plans day to day and is not remotely familiar with your issues even in seeing him multiple times. He tried to convince me he never examined a stress injury where he told me surgery would necessary and didn’t even change his story when I pressed and show the X-ray he had taken. He insulted me, lied to me on multiple issues, and showed zero compassion or interest in fixing my issues or further attempting to diagnose what’s going on. He was literally annoyed to be talking to me. This man has no business being a doctor.
