Not a good doctor
His front desk staff are rude. Dr. Ro does not listen to your problems. Difficult to get an appointment especially if you are sick.

Not a good doctor and front office staff are rude
You cannot get an appointment if you are not feeling well, they are only good when you are healthy. Dr. Ro sent me a prescription that was not meant for me. Called his office to talk to his nurse and was advised to take the medication without looking into my records. I set up an appointment and he did not even say anything about the wrong meds.

Personable, easy to talk to
Dr. Ro is personable and easy to talk to. He gives you health recommendations based on what you tell him and what he sees in your lab work and you can do what you want with the knowledge. But by golly, enough with the COVID-19 vaccine recommendation. I got the first shot and never again, and every subsequent visits since then (about 6 total), the first thing he does is "I see you only got the first set of shots, let me tell you about the latest boosters....I took it, my family took it, it's safe!" - he literally started to sound like a salesman for Pfizer. Other than the vaccine recommendation, he's a decent doctor. Avoid him if you don't believe in THE vaccine.

Horrible and dangerous doctor. Seriously do not trust him. He lied to my face and put me at serious risk. I cannot warn anyone enough to please be kind to yourself and find a better doctor.
