Forgotten or ignored
Dr. Rogers kept my terminally ill brother and I waiting in an exam room for 55 minutes after our 2:15PM scheduled appointment. After being checked in and having his vitals taken, we waited 15 minutes before I asked staff for an update. I was assured Dr. Rogers would be in soon. Another 15 minutes passed and no doctor. I left the room looking for a staff member – but could not find anyone. Back in the room and 55 minutes later, my brother was in excruciating pain and being either forgotten or ignored, we left. The appointment was on a Wednesday. I am writing this review on a Sunday after no call or outreach by Dr. Rogers or his staff. This is why we are leaving LewisGale and moving to Carilion.
