Limiting Beliefs that Could Harm Patients
Dr. Rossi spent most of his time speaking about how mental health is the cause for most headaches. The way he spoke implied that he thought that my headaches were due to mental health issues or that I should focus on that. I have two diagnosed vascular disorders, and vascular type EDS runs in my family. My doctors suspect that I have the same type due to the fact that I only have two properly functioning veins in my legs. When I mentioned this, Dr. Rossi stated that EDS is also a mental health issue (he was clearly only referring to hEDS— which has already been ruled out for me). Mental health can have profound impacts on patients, however, when there is clear physical data and testing done that proves a patient does not have a mental health issue— it is dangerous to approach it as one. My previous specialists have already ruled out mental health being a cause for me, so his strange approach didn’t impact me. I have enough data to not go in a harmful direction, but I worry for others.

Disappointing
I met Dr. Rossi in the hospital, he talked to me about my condition, walked me through what to do to better myself and help myself, he even took care of me after the hospital when I couldn't pay for much at all. That being said... when I ran out of medicine, he refused to answer my calls, his office refused to answer my calls, and he even refused to answer the hospital's calls. I was terrified and thought I was going to die when he scared me into believing that the medicine he had me on was going to be my saving grace. He was a fine doctor... his staff is something to be desired... and his ability to answer patience is horrible.

Avoid at all costs
Just awful. I met Dr. Rossi when I was admitted to the hospital. The first thing he said to me was, 'You're too skinny.' Well obviously; I had been sick for two months with symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and inability to eat. Just total lack of compassion, care, and willingness to listen to the patient. Avoid this doctor at all costs, especially if you're a woman.

I have not visited Dr. Rossi but he and his IPad Xoom invaded my mother's hospital room today giving her lectures about what she can and can't do at her age and she should leave the hospital due to Covid. He told her he is seeing 0 patients....inpatient and out.....due to Covid. She was extremely upset and very confused as to why his tirade was brought into her room. If I could give 0 stars

I contacted Dr Rossi's office in hopes of being able to schedule an appointment to seek treatment. His receptionist Mary took all my information and would get a call back letting me know if he would be able to see me and if so would be able to at the end of August. I called and left messages for over a week and never received a call back. I had to get my insurance involved to try and get a hold of someone. 12 days later, I called, Mary said he couldn't see me, if you need help, call someone else

Horrible customer service. The inability to schedule appointments and receive a response from the team is astounding. After being a patient for over 2 years I am truly shocked that this practice is still up and running and that it took me this long to get wise and find a new doc. Dr Rossi is wonderful but is crippled by an inefficient office staff.
