Dr. John Roxborough, MD

Very clean clinic, very nice staff.

I was a returning patient and made an appointment for 9:30am a week prior. I arrived early and the doctor let a white man cut in front of my appointment. The doctor said the man was VIP. I waited more than 30 minutes past my appointment time for the doctor to finally see me. The doctor said he speaks Spanish but used a translator on the phone. The staff apologized for the doctor but I was not treated with respect by this doctor. My family changed to a better doctor that cares about my health and treats everyone with respect.

He stared at me to show he is listening but he forgot things we said such as prescriptions in the previous appointment along with forgetting to completing medical forms for several weeks.

Dr. Roxborough is wonderful. He takes the time to listen to patient concerns and is very thorough. There is a bit of an old fashioned feel to his approach, which I love. The office is clean and since it is out of a home it has a non-institutional feel to it.

I would like to say thank you Dr. Roxborough for all you do ! I'm glad I changed doctors , because Dr Roxborough will let you know everything about your health and listens to you and makes you feel right at home. Taking care of his patients is what he does. At the end of my visit, He give you a Wellness Guide to do lists : Theses are Healthy Coping Mechanisms to KEEP YOU WELL !!!

We are unity health care patient ,and Doctor Roxborough takes his time to explain any detail o future concern very very kind ,friendly and respectful Doctor I love the way he treat my parents even to me with patient , compassion and professionalism ,he is a excellent Doctor, we need more Doctor , like. Doctor Roxborough very professionalism and he makes sure his patient get all they need to be ok, I rally recommend Doctor Roxborough the best, and who speak Spanish too ,I'm more than welcome the nice and compassion he treated me and my parents thanks so much 5 starts are not enough for a excellent Doctor

Would recommend this doctor because he took time to listen, laid out the diagnosis, treatment plan and follow up. I feel more confident in taking care of myself with his clear instructions. I have already lost 10 lbs, my diabetes and blood pressure are under better control. Thank you Dr. Rox

I'm not tech savvy, but I pray this goes through. True story, I was considering leaving Unity Healthcare in 2022, because of some not so good experiences in the past. However, after meeting a family member's PCP and making Him; Dr John Roxborough my New PCP. I have decided to stay on, as a patient with Unity Healthcare. You have God and Dr John Roxborough to thank for it. He is very professional, kind, and he has excellent mannerisms, and a wealth of medical knowledge. You can sense, he genuinely cares for his patients. He didn't make me feel like I was on an assembly line. He answered my questions and explained plans of treatment, lab test and results to me in a caring way. He is thorough and gentle in his approach and touch. This means a lot to me, as a Senior Citizen with disabilities. This doctor actually listens to your concerns, he is upfront with what needs to be done by me (the patient) and is always a positive influence on getting my health to where it needs to be. A+

He has a great bedside manner he told me like it was about my health and woke me up

Great doctor who is very knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. He clearly cares and does not rush patients out like most doctors. I definitely recommend him.
