Office staff very unfriendly billing department Rude and degrading to pt. wants money not owed and the says they will refund it when they get around to it'.

I've been going to Dr. Rupp for many years. He has such a pleasant personality, very engaging, and most importantly a very thorough and competent doctor. The only problem is that he is booked up for 6 months, so it can be very difficult to get in to see him on short notice.

Dr. Rupp is the best dermatologist on the planet. I need to start by saying this review is LONG over due. My extended family (my siblings, their family and my parents) and my own family have all been going to Dr Rupp for over 20 years. There are not enough words to describe how much we appreciate him. I have 4 grown children who all visited Dr. Rupp for acne and skin care. One of my children had a cancerous mole that he discovered and removed! We have been to his office over the many years more times than I can count. EVERY SINGLE TIME was an excellent experience! Of course, after all of these years we know the front desk staff well! LOVE THEM! This is so important bc to me it is all about who you first meet when you walk in the door. Dr. Rupp has the most amazing nurses beside him. They have been with him for years and they, too take special care of us! Dr Rupp -thank you for caring for us and for being one of our biggest blessings. You are beyond amazing at your profession!

I've seen Dr Rupp for several years with only positive experiences. He is patient and answers any and all questions. The office staffs reflective of Dr Rupp and are a pleasure to deal with. I personally would never change practices.

Aloof and disregarding. He’s probably medically qualified and maybe he was just having a bad day but we won’t go back.

This is a review for Dr Rupp’s practice. After my Doctor Dr Higgins retired, patients only see Physician Assistants but are billed as seeing Dr Rupp. The PA I saw has no manners or can keep conversation with you. His name is A. Berg & he writes prescriptions too. The 3x I saw him all Q & A was referred to the note takers in the room. I was the one reminding him that other spots needed to be checked and again I was referred to talking with the assistant taking notes.

The staff, receptionists and everybody in that office is just so patient, kind, helpful and ready to assist you in any way they can. I have been battling with this rash on most of my body and after biopsies and treatment, Dr Rupp got it figured out and the rash is nearly gone. So thankful for him and his staff. Today he cane in the room, sat down and discussed the great progress, thank you so much!!!

Dr. Rupp has treated me for over 15 years. I had a family member die from melanoma. While I have been fortunate in not developing this disease, Dr. Rupp has carefully monitored me for skin changes and treated a number of actinic keratosis successfully treating those on my face so that scars are barely visible. While he never guarantees this because of skin variations, he has been more successful than other dermatologists. He has a great bedside manner and really cares about his patients!

Dr Rupp is always on time. He listens well to my concerns then easily explains answers in a way I can understand. I know he truly cares about me as a person.

I have been seeing Dr. RUPP for many years. He detected a basal cell carcinoma on my nose my prior dermatologist missed... he provides excellent service and is extremely professional. His nurse assistant Kim is outstanding and is very nice to work with. She makes you feel like you are a friend and is caring. Five stars in my book!

Every visit the past 4 years has been a pleasant experience because of each staff person has taken the time to make me feel they are really concerned about “How are you today” type greetings. The pleasant,professional interactions by staff and Dr. Rupp help ease the anxiety when you think you might have skin cancer. ( due to excellent treatment, no cancer so far). Wish all my health care offices were this friendly.

This morning was another wonderful experience with Dr. Rupp and his team. I like their uniforms which symbolizes their team approach. Dr. Rupp is a positive, happy, and skilled physician, who gives me a full body skin cancer check on a regular basis. This is especially important since I swim outside daily in the summer. Today Gina was especially helpful in scheduling me in. She and her coworkers are professional and respectful. I will continue to refer family and friends to this group.

Dr. Rupp has been looking after me for 17 years. The man saved my life! After 3 doctors incorrectly diagnosed the melanoma on my face, Dr. Rupp recognized it right away and removed it. Since then, I see him twice a year. With preventative care, I haven't developed melanoma again. I highly recommend Dr. Rupp for all of your Dermatology needs.

Dr. John F. Rupp, M.D. has been an exceptional doctor for me. He is unusual in that he cares about his patients---my thought. He is very professional and I would recommend him to anyone. Dr Rupp is very thorough and a great doctor. He has been my dermatologist for years. My only complaint is the wait time is excessive for appointments. The staff is clearly overbooking appointments, as I have never had an appointment be kept on time since I started seeing him. Average wait time is 30-60 minutes after scheduled appointment time.
