Except the new policy threatening not to keep patients that are 10 min late. Do you know how often the caregivers are late. Just ridiculous. Do you want less patients?

Can't Make Appointment
Making an appointment with him for acute illnesses is next to impossible and you're simply referred to urgent care or his nurse practitioner (who is very rude by the way). Her laconic responses border on rudeness and my concerns were met with a nonchalant obtuse indifference. I feel like Dr. Sefton is overconfident in his medical expertise and puts his patient's in boxes. Once he's got you all figured out, then you are all figured out and that's the end of it. I'm sorry, but I do not recommend this physician. My inquiry for a pain clinic referral wasn't even responded to.

As much as I appreciate Dr. Sefton he does not have the information I need to address post menopause issues and seemed to dismiss my sxs as just life to deal with. My very neck wad in need of attention and in asking for a muscle relaxer, I was told to do what I had already been doing, which was exercise, stretches, and heat. I had been doing those things for 3 weeks. Issues with weight gain for menopause had been addressed in a way that I was told I had lost weight. However, struggle to lose weight was not addressed. Despite reported deficit calorie intake and feeling not well trying to lose weight and manage daily exercise. Again, I did not feel enough information was given to me to make the right choices.
