office was small but clean and comfortable, Staff was friendly and took very good care of me. I arrived a little early and they still got me right in. They listened to me and set a course of action for me to take. Thanks you.

Dr. Serini was very professional, yet sensitive to my questions & concerns. He explained everything in detail & was extremely helpful & kind. I'm completely shocked by the other comments here as my experience was nothing but positive, thorough & informative. I would highly recommend him.

Horrible experience; colonoscopy appt felt so rushed; although was supposed to have medicine to not feel or remember, heard Dr talking and felt pressure and heard myself moaning and groaning. Called the office next day (about noon) because my abdomen was very sore and did not get a return call until the next day about the same time of day. Then was told they lost the polyp in collection and the Dr thought "it looked fine" but should come back in 5 years instead of 10 to be safe. Not with him!

This is based on the office staff only. The absolute worst staff I have ever had to deal with. I unfortunately go to multiple doctors and this is my first time I have felt the need to post a negative review in my lifetime. Front desk and office manager are awful.
