My Doctor
Dr. Sersanti is a excellent Doctor. He is very professional, takes his time with you, explains to you in detail and listens to your concerns. In my opinion, sometimes people might not like to hear what he has to say, because sometimes people don't want to hear the truth, but such people should keep in mind, he is only telling you for your own good, not his. I never had to wait more than 10-15 mins to see him. The staff is mostly polite, but at times can be unpolite and in my opinion, not the brightest.

Arrogant and disinterested. Disrespectful
This dr is nasty arrogant and condescending. He and his staff make it known the dr has no interest in his patients. Calls are rarely returned and if they are you are spoken down to and yelled at for making anyone do their job.

Incompetent Doctor. 5 visits for him to sign some documents in which he waited 10 days to tell us we needed blood work. Also he ordered vaccines that were not needed because he cant read. 5 visits for something that should've been handled in 2. Had to get into an argument with the receptionists because they are so incompetent they didn't want to take the documents from me. because they " wanted nothing to do with it" Incompetent, and unbelievable.

Dr. Sersanti is my mothers doctor. He has been great with her. I moved here with mom last year and had to find a doctor in our area. He is very informative and attentive. We are lucky to have found him. I will transfer to him in the future myself.

Appointment times mean nothing to this doctor. Many times, I was sitting in the waiting area, expecting to be called in for my checkup( which I arrived early for). And- was kept waiting and waiting. 'Way past my appointment, no explanation from staff or doctor as to why there was a holdup. Seems rude and unprofessional to me as a patient.

Always adds a personal touch! Listens attentively and makes sure you understand what needs to be done to get you on the road to recovery. His list of suggested doctors for follow up care is comprised of some of the best in their practice.

My husband and I found the doctor to be adequate however he was unwilling to hear complaints and understand concerns beyond his computer screen. Primarily, as a doctor with an older clientele he spoke very low and was difficult to understand. He had little patience to repeat himself. His staff was quite rude and condescending. Basically, they felt that they were doing us a favor. Prescriptions were never sent to insurance companies. After 2 visits we went to another doctor. Lower than 1 STAR!!
