THIS DOCTOR’S KILLING PEOPLE WITH HIS LACK OF CARE
You have to leave at least one star to leave a review. Dr. Smith gave zero care and I would like to leave him zero stars. This doctor did not read my loved one’s chart (MyChart) prior to his visit. He was absolutely dismissive of the pain and urgent condition of his patient. He seemed bothered by our presence, was unaware of the patient’s medical condition, and disregarded our questions. The appointment concluded with him reluctantly offering a follow-up appointment a month later. While waiting for that appointment, his office called to delay our appointment a week further. After getting a second opinion, we were informed that my loved one needed an immediate procedure. Dr. Smith actively impeded the life-saving care we needed. We know we are not the only patients to have this experience. Anyone seeking care for themselves or a loved one should actively avoid this doctor.

Not a good doctor
Dr. Smith was incredibly rude, and disrespectful to me during my appointment. Disregarded my concerns, gave a sarcastic comment to me as I explained my concerns (including making a rude comment when I told him about the recent death of a family member), and wasn't taking covid risks seriously. Terrible doctor, awful experience. Go to someone else.

Terrible! Never opened my chart during visit, knew nothing about my case, blew off my concerns. Upon check out he walks up to me and states he can change my drug back to my previous drug a drug I’d never been on in my life since I was diagnosed 3 weeks prior. He totally had me confused with another patient, had he opened and reviewed my chart maybe he would have been prepared for my visit. Burned out physician in my opinion....
