I have been seeing Dr. Taylor for several years now. When i had a sudden eye issue the office recommended Dr. Taylor. He is so very knowledgeable about eye issues. He knew right away what my problem was and referred me to the specialist i needed. I enjoy his sense of humor and the recipes he always shares with his patients. I trust him very much!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Taylor for a number of years and his diagnosis and recommendations for solving my vision problems have always been exactly right. I was particularly impressed in my last visit when I complained of what seemed to be a film over the lens of my left eye where I had a cataract operation. He had me come in to the Lee's Summit main office and with a 10 second laser tretment turned m vision into perfect clarity in that eye. Amazing and very nice.

Wonderful man to have as your neuro-ophthalmologist. He has profound knowledge in his field. But what makes this man also great is that, if he comes across a case he doesn't have much knowledge on (such as mine), he admits he will have to do more research on the matter. I feel in very good hands. The staff are very friendly as well. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have seen Dr. Taylor for years, and he has always been a great doctor! While being very friendly, he is also very knowledgeable, and professional in his approach to our vision, and has monitored various conditions with our sight quite successfully. We trust him with our vision, and he has not disappointed us at any time.

I've been with Dr. Taylor for many years, and really love his friendly demeanor and his thorough examination of my eyes. He's easy to talk to and so are the assistants and front desk employees. I'm very happy with him and his excellent care!

It took a while to get an appointment, but this was not an emergency, so, not an issue. Check-in was easy, no wait. Short wait in lobby. The nurses/assistants were nice; some were more business-like, but okay. Dr. Taylor introduced himself when he entered the room, which I appreciated. He did explain what he was looking for/at as he examined my eyes and asked questions about my history. Still waiting for a call after Dr. Taylor gets my records from another source, but haven't had to wait longer than expected.

Dr. Taylor was almost two hours late, breezed into the room and didn’t apologize for making me wait. He repeatedly interrupted and talked over me, was condescending, ignored my primary concerns, and did not explain the procedures he was doing. He literally told me to google the diagnosis he gave me rather than explaining it himself. He also thanked me for being a fascinating case study. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a physician. I felt dehumanized and like my time had been utterly wasted. I’m will not return to this doctor again.

This was the worst visit I have ever had I had to wait over an hour past the time I was suppose to see the Doctor. No explanation was given as to why it was taking so long. So I walk out. Then the front desk went back to check to see what happen and said the doctor could see me. So I reluctantly went back to see the doctor and he begins giving me a hard time for walking out and said that I lost my place in line and he had to interrupt seeing other patients to see me. Am I not a patient too or just chopped liver. Who the hell does he think he is talking to a patient that way. At least the nurse should have given us an explanation and she did not. I could have understood if someone would have just come in and told us that the Doctor was running late because of emergencies and etc. That did not happen. After being a patient for over twenty years I will no longer use Discover O for my eye care.

I've been a patient of Dr. Taylor for about 20 years, and have dealt with some pretty scary conditions under his diagnosis, treatment and care. Dr. Taylor has always given me the clearest explanations, genuine concern, and highest quality care.
