Great Doctor
DR. Ternay has been my cardiologist for the past 9 months. Twice he has treated me for AFIB that occurred before and during two different surgeries. I didn't come out of AFIB after the last surgery but he performed a procedure to shock my heart. That worked and i am back in sinus rhythm. During all these events Dr .Ternay was great about answering all my questions and providing me with all the information i needed to make informed decisions. In addition, he is a really nice person. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a cardiologist.

Very easy to talk to. Explains everything in easy to understand language. Did not feel rushed during visit. Seemed very knowledgeable about my symptoms. Explained my procedures in an extremely easily understood fashion. Would highly recommend him to others.

Dr Ternay’s nurse was very sweet and caring person. Helpful. Nursing is truly her calling. Dr Ternay was through in his exam and I feel I was taken care of. He also let me know to call if I needed anything.

Dr.Terney was my cardiologist before I retired and switched to the VA Health Care System. As soon as I found out it was possible to go to a civilian doctor for my cardiac needs, I requested & was granted authorization to revisit Dr. Terney - he's WONDERFUL! He listens to you, gives you his full attention and whatever time is needed, vs the usual 15min you get from other docs. He makes sure you understand the plan for future care & always insists that if you have questions, not to hesitate to call him...and those calls are answered! He is kind, won't prescribe unneeded drugs & cares about his patients' wellbeing. I am thrilled to be able to go to his office again!
