Outstanding! I have seen Dr Thompson several times over the years. Great guy very personable. Always feel very comfortable and confident in his hands. Highly recommended him.

I am a patient of Dr Thompson’s. The receptionist said the nurse would return my phone call the next day to answer some basic questions. I have phoned twice and it’s been almost a week and I still have not heard back from the nurse. I have had similar issues with this specific office in the past. I have the impression that Dr Thompson is good at colonoscopies, but the staff communication is awful, in my opinion.

He did my colonoscopy several years ago and what I remember most was his comment as I laid on the prep table. "I do 3,000 of these a year". Yes, he made me feel like a number and not an individual and to this day it remains in my head.

He did not take good care of me in the hospital. His treatment plan was not working and he refused to listen that it was making me worse each day. I felt so much worse then when I went into the hospital. Things got so bad that they could not do the procedure I was there for. I finally told him to leave my room and not come back. I got a different doctor. I was listened to and found out I was right. I was getting worse because the treatment was all wrong for me. It took days to undo what he did.
