this is the best osteo dr i have found in 16 years of adjusters . very professional as well as personable dr . he was able to make improvements and adjustments no other dr could accomplish . im am lookin forward to seeing him again tom uckele

Dr. Tortu just dropped me as a patient. I guess he is not as good as he thinks he is. Bad bedside manner would not recommend. Takes forever to get appoint then he cancels.

An exceptional doctor with a superb intellect of the human body. This gentleman transformed our "normal" baby to beyond words. I would advise any parent to have their young checked as soon as possible instead of waiting till 3 months down the line after birth. If your baby is fussing all the time, crying, crying strangely, cant sleep etc... This doctor should see him.
