Getting blood test results are almost impossible. Got Lab Corp results, next day, showing high Thyroid levels. Dr. hasn't read report yet to change medication. This is not the first time. When you call office they give you the runaround.

I called for an appointment to deal with a mental health problem. I couldn't get an appointment for 7 weeks. Mental Health is not taking seriously at this office. A mental health problem should be considered as important as a physical health problem. Meeting with my PCP needs to be done initially. I'm waiting for 7 weeks to move on to therapy. This holds up complete care for mental health.

I don't usually write reviews. Actually this is my first one. This office is a joke. To be honest the whole Crozer Health System is a HORRIBLE. I went to the doctor's a handful of times and not one doctor or fake doctor (crnp) could figure out what was wrong with me. I went to MAINLINE HEALTHCARE and they figured it out my first visit. "If your care about your health contact Mainline Health". STAY CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE AND CROZER IN GENERAL. ****ZERO STARS****

Dr. Taverso is caring, personable and takes the time to answer all your questions. I have referred him to family, friends and co-workers alike. I feel lucky to have a doctor like him. Esther Henderson

Dr John takes his time to listen to your concerns. Asked the question and he let’s you talk . If you have an thought he will give you a straight answer. Compassion, caring, honest, and spends time with you

Staff is rude , I was there 5 times in a year but sick once , the other times were for a pre opp paperwork ..needed EKG test because over 40 ... literally they couldn't figure out how to turn on the other 3 times were simply to get a prescription renewed. Unreal. Better off going to witch doctor.

Always willing to answer questions and if he doesn’t have the answer, he finds it for you. Great doctor

I started seeing Dr Traverso as my regular family doctor when I was experiencing some really concerning symptoms. He sat with me & went through them one by one. Ordered the tests & continued looking for the cause. It took a few months but in all fairness it was a rare condition. What stood out to me was that he believed me and kept looking rather than dismissing my concerns.

Dr Traverso is one of the best doctors I've gone to. He is patient, kind and takes the time to really listen to your problems. He also takes time to review your history with you and make sure he isn't missing anything. As a person with anxiety, it means a lot that he doesn't disregard my worries and concerns. The office staff at this location is professional, courteous and very helpful. They seem to work well as a team. I definitely recommend this office if you're looking for a new family dr.

Very sick. Was transfered over to him because he was the doctor on call. He told me he was busy and didn't have time to send in a prescription over the phone. I explained i had flu like symptoms and he said to take Tylenol and let it run it's course. Very rude and unprofessional.
