Dr. John Tyznik, MD

Dr. Tyznik has been my doctor for years. He is professional, listens to your health concerns, provides great care, and treats you with respect. I appreciate having such a wonderful physician!

Always quick, precise, and to the point. Always asks questions and listens to me and my concerns.

Not good. He was dismissive and unwilling to listen to what I know about my own body. He made up his mind about what was wrong without asking enough questions and insisting that he was right and I was wrong. He also didn't seem to care much.

Our family moved to Gahanna over 30 years ago and chose Family Physicians of Gahanna as our primary care center. My husband and I have been patients all that time with Dr. John Tyznik. Our grown children still go there also. As longtime patients, Dr. Tyznik has always shown personal attention to whatever needs we may have and provided expedient, excellent medical care. We have absolute confidence in him and the rest of the staff. The new facilities at 725 Buckles Road North in Gahanna are state-of-the-art, easy to find, and have ample parking space. When it was necessary to change our medical plans, we make sure that Dr. Tyznik and the staff were part of the plan or we would not even consider it as an option. Highly recommend!

I always bring a list of current health issues, regardless of how trivial they may be. Dr Tyznik discusses each item with me so I know what needs further attention, what can be ignored or "waited out". He reviews my vaccination history to keep me current. I trust him with my health!
