I started going to Dr. Ursino when the other doctor went to another office. In December 2019 he was supposed to have retired but I was to see a couple of times in 2020. I heard from him in July 2020 and I was supposed to come back in one month. The office cancelled the appointment and that was the last time I heard from him. In November 2020. I had to switch doctors because I never heard from him or his office. I left several messages and to date, they have not been returned. I don't know if he is in business still or not. I had to get medications filled and he never called the pharmacy or me.
