Office staff is very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. They sold a product recommended by one of their dermatologist for skin care for $175 which was a year past expiration date. When confronted they refused to refund money until they got refund from retailer saying' you'll get your money when we get ours'. They then grabbed product to 'get lot number' , ran in back and refused to return it without providing any receipt and mocked us. Eventually office manager returned and said she provided refund although she never took credit card. She processed transactions against credit card (even valid ones) without approval or permission. There was no apology, no admission they wrong for selling expired products - saying expiration dates don't mean much. Kidding me? Contacted Penn Medicine who then contacted office and told office manager they must refund money. Office manager hung up on Penn Medicine causing further escalation. Would not recommend.

Waste of time
If you have any dermatologic medical issues, this practice is NOT for you. Their staff is not knowledgeable or pleasant. My wait time was extremely long despite the office being empty. I met with the PA, Nicole, who was clueless on my genetic skin condition and it was obvious she had no interest in learning or getting to know me. Dr. Vine was in another country on the day of my appointment so I was told she had to consult him before moving forward. Nicole was hyperfocused on my medication and nothing else. After getting lab work, I received a call that they were not going to take me on as a patient and referred me to a "specialist" who has no openings in their schedule to see me. After reading a copy of my records from that appointment I am appalled. This practice should be a plastic surgeon rather than dermatologist because they want to deal with non medical procedures only.

Oh my goodness, sadly, the front desk staff was unbelievably rude. We had a follow-up appointment which apparently the front desk didn’t enter in their system and rather than be apologetic for the inconvenience, I was made to feel like I did something wrong and told to “wait until the people with appointments were seen”. No information as to how long this could take. To make a long, sad, and disappointing story short, I advised her that a more professional way of handling this would have been to apologize for the inconvenience and say they are trying to accommodate me, rather showing me an attitude with bulging eyes like they are doing me a favor. If you do come here, do your due diligence and bring all receipts, paper work, appointment cards, and whatever else they can possibly be negligent about. I for one will NEVER return here again.
