Dr. Wang performed, at different times, my knee replacement and hip replacement over a year ago. I’m now walking about 3 miles almost every day without pain. Great results!!

So grateful that I found Dr Wang - he did an excellent job on my hip replacement. Just 2 weeks after surgery, I’m walking without a limp or the pain I’ve had for the past three years. Not only does he possess up-to-date technical expertise but the human qualities that improve the overall experience. I did lots of research about the procedure, surgeons, and facilities and I’m so glad it led me to Dr Wang! Enthusiastically recommend.

Dr Wang truly saved my life after a first knee surgery by another doctor became infected. First surgeon did not provide any help and Dr Wang’s diagnosis of a knee infection was immediate. He worked with an Infectious Disease Doctor, took out infected knee, had five weeks of antibiotic blocks in knee and daily infusions until infection was cleared and performed second knee surgery which now a year later is fine. HIGHLY recommend him. Very caring and superior Orthopedic Doctor.

Wonderful, caring doctor

I had total hip replacement five days ago by Dr Wang and I am completely shocked how amazing I feel. Less pain post Op than I was the day before surgery. His expertise , the in depth preparation. By the staff at HSS was incredible . I recommend anyone who is thinking about total hip replacement to see Dr Wang, it will change your life!

I recently had T.H.R. with Dr. Wang. After reviewing and speaking to many surgeons I chose DR. Wang and I am glad I did. Doc Wang listens, he's very understanding of each patient's specific needs and most of all he's a brilliant surgeon! My hip was badly deteriorated and I had leg length discrepancy issues. It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend Dr. John C.Wang for total knee replacement surgery...In March of 2019, I had an initial conference with Dr. Wang regarding possible surgery..My prognosis was severe osteoarthritis in both of my knees, coupled with severely deformed bowed legs..I had a long list of questions/concerns, and Dr. Wang patiently listened and addressed, to my total satisfaction, all of my concerns. My first surgery took place on April 23rd, and was highly successful...Fifteen days after my surgery, I was walking without a cane or walker, and driving my car...Besides total knee replacement, Dr. Wang, by way of a computer, had to make sure that my leg was straight...amazingly successful...little scaring...I felt blessed..On July 9th, Dr. Wang performed a total knee replacement and straightening of my right leg...The end result mirrored my first surgery..A total success...Without question, Dr. Wang has to be considered one of the best surgeons in South Florida..

Excellent. I just saw Dr Wang for my 2 week anterior full hip replacement post-op appointment and everything is great. I am walking mostly with no assistance, just a cane when I’m outside. I am not limping. The incision is healed. I just have some discomfort and tightness around the incision and thigh where the work was done—it’s just 2 weeks! In about 1-2 weeks I should be driving (it’s my right hip) and getting back to my daily laps in the pool. It’s been an excellent surgical experience, and I strongly recommend Dr Wang!

Dr. John Wang gave me a decade of my life back. I’m a 62 year old ocean lifeguard who thought his career over due to a deteriorated hip. Thanks to Dr. Wang, at less than 90 days after replacement surgery, I have regained activities not achievable in the last 10 or so years. Cowabunga!

Dr. Wang performed a difficult hip and femur surgery on my 78 year old husband. My husband had been in a great deal of pain.. He had shattered his femur years ago.. The implanted rod had ruined his hip joint. Dr. Wang replaced the rod and the hip. My husband immediately was free of pain. Other surgeons refused to perform the surgery because of its difficulty.. Dr Wang researched and found a successful alternative and performed that surgery.. He is just the very best..

Dr .Wang performed total knee replacement surgery on my husband . And we are very impressed with this doctor! He is extremely caring doctor you can find; amazing bedside manners of any doctor we have been to. Most excellent and compassionate surgeon, always treat you with respect. We feel very comfortable and trust him a 100%. We would highly recommend dr. John Wang to anyone and everyone who need an orthopedic surgery.

It was recommended by our primary that my husband see an orthopedic surgeon. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Wang based on a recommendation. I called and left a message providing all our information as well as our contact information. No one returned our call. I called back the next morning, was sent voicemail again no one returned our call. I called the next day and finally reached someone who asked could she call us back and she never called! We've decided not to use Dr Wang

Dr. Wang listened to my concerns. , I asked it maybe my hip was also the problem. he X-rayed both, ( I purposely didn't bring past films so I could have his unbiased opinion. ) He did so. the hip was fine. No existing knee fracture. He diagnosed very severe arthritis. my mother who lived to 94 had crippling arthritis ending in a wheelchair. As a 79-year-old widow blessed with 6 kids, 17 grands, 4 greats, I want to find me again, swim, fence and be a fun Bubby. June 7, ym"H, a new knee await!

I was so lucky to have found this incredible surgeon. He is personable and caring. He runs 10-15 minutes wait time or less to see you, and he takes time to explain the procedure. He did a fabulous job on my anterior hip replacement, and 4 weeks out of surgery I was driving and basically walking without a cane. I never felt so good. The office staff is fair at best, as they seldom return or take patients calls. Hopefully that will be corrected.

Dr. Wang helped with my knee issues. He was extremely patient with me and explained the details of the procedure well. I am extremely detailed oriented person and asked him many questions to which he took time to explain. He has an extremely pleasant demeanor and made me feel at ease. I have completed the surgery for one knee and am intending to have him help me with my other knee as well. I would recommend Dr, Wang to any person who requires assistance with their knee problem
