All went well
It was easy to make an appointment and the appointment was on time. Dr. Wilson was very nice and explained the test. Everything was very efficient. I highly recommend.

Nothing went well. Appt was cancelled upon arrival as it was never mentioned that only the customer could be in the office. Had I been told that upon scheduling, I never would have taken my Mother. My mother cannot be left alone and had to come with me as no one was available to stay with her. Had I been told that only the customer is allowed in, I would have called to reschedule. Just a simple apology would have sufficed but to totally ignore what the customer is saying is just poor management and poor customer service. I was the 1% where this was forgotten upon scheduling as this "office manager" is apparently infalliable. Why is it so difficult for someone to acknowledge a mistake may have been made when scheduling? In the setting of COVID, I understand some offices are not allowing anyone to accompany you. If is just unacceptable that the customer was not listened to at all. In the future I'll ask rather than rely on an "office manager" that is infallible.

Dr. Wilson and Jamie were very professional and friendly. I had an EMG a few years ago and I was not looking forward to the test. It was not bad at all. Dr Wilson is very easy to talk and he cares about his patients.

I have been suffering for 6 months with burning ankle pain. I was sent for vascular testing, x-ray and a nerve conduction test with Dr. Wilson. When I went for the test, Dr. Wilson made you feel at ease as soon as you walked in for the test and he spoke with me the entire time so I could not focus on the testing which was NOT bad at all. I had no nerve damage but he suggested an MRI. I am forever grateful - the problem was found with the MRI.
