Disgusting, extremely disappointing experience! Arrived at his facility 16 minutes later. By the time the front Office sees me it is 21 minutes later. 3 People in the waiting room. I was told the doctor does not want to work after 4:00PM today! My appointment was at 4:00PM?? They tell me he cannot see me as I need to have a small procedure done! Surprised No One told me I will have a procedure done. The office is open till 5:00PM. The doctor was not affected by my timing but wanted to cut off in the scheduled patients. The three patients in the waiting area had appointment same as I did. I understood I lost my line and I will be the last to be seen. Nooo. They wanted to send me home. Mind you I had to wait 10 days for this appointment. The itchiness causes me to tear up and touch it with my hand. AND all you hear on TV & radio is Coronavirus, Do Not Touch your eyes, your face. So they want me to come other time again through the crowds they want you to avoid to minimize exposure. BAD

More than 30 years ago, Dr Wong performed surgery on my 9 month old son’s eyes. He had strabismus and Dr Wong did an excellent job conducting the corrective procedure. From the initial consultation to the follow up, he was professional. He provided me with valuable information throughout the entire ordeal. Thank you, Dr. Wong! With much gratitude, Nicholas’ mom
