Scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Wulff. Was called and rescheduled 3 times. Went to appointment and was met by hateful staff. Was told that I was not scheduled for an appointment. After several mins the staff figured out I was scheduled and they had given me thr wrong date. After being told I didn't exist in the system for an appointment. Receptionist was extremely rude and blamed me for her mistake. I wasn't sure about seeing this doctor anyway. I let the receptionist know that I would not be returning and that I wanted my medical records. She stated I did not have a right to my records. And hung up me. Please don't go to this office.

Dr. Wulff is very knowledgeable and does a good job at explaining conditions to his patient. He is very reliable and has worked hard with me for the last fourteen years!

Poor bedside manner, lack of empathy, no patient education - I told him our finances were limited, but he prescribed a new medication and didn't tell me it would cost more than $2,000 a month! Had I known this, I would've asked for alternative treatments. Called back and requested a call from the doctor or nurse. No response yet ...

His bedside manners are horrible and rude. This was the 2nd visit I had and had poor results both times. I brought my boyfriend the 2nd time and we both agreed we will never return. I was asked repeatedly why I was even there even though my MRI came back abnormal. Everything I said or suggested I was made to feel like I was stupid. I literally walked out of there shaking from being upset and I'm a very patient/open person. I have never had a doctor treat me that way before and never will.

Dr. Wulff explained my issues and answered all my questions, but I decided to not continue with him as my neurologist because there was no sense of urgency. He seems like a wait and see what happens type rather than, let's keep an eye on it. Wasn't aggressive enough.

He was rude and stated why are you even here? He had no idea what was in my chart and I believe that he hadn't even looked at my MRI! He didn't preform any further testing.
