Dr. Johneca Broussard, DO

Great job. Always accommodating.

Dr. Broussard makes me feel like I matter: like I am the most important person in the world when I am in her office. She listens tentatively and is never in a hurry. She remembers things from past discussions and ask me about my family and other things happening in my life. She cares!

I became concerned after my 1st visit to Dr Broussard. Information placed in my records was inaccurate & never discussed. I felt as if there was a predetermined script used to inaccurately describe my health. Frankly, I felt profiled. In addition, when becoming ill and needing doctors care, Dr Broussard's office makes no exceptions to office procedures. On becoming ill I contacted Dr Broussard. I was sent to the same day clinic. The Nurse Practitioner at the SDC was reluctant to provide necessary medications & recommended inadequate recovery steps. I was told to contact Dr Broussard as she was my PCP. Dr Broussard's office received the information that I'd been diagnosed with a medical condition which required further care but she neither called in necessary medications or would see me until AFTER the holidays. Needless to say, given my underlying conditions, I worsened. I ultimately contacted my specialist and was brought in immediately. Patient care was not 1st at Dr B.

I actually enjoy coming to my visits with Dr. Broussard. She is very knowledgeable about my health.She is never to busy to show she cares about her patients! Kudos to her and the (my) team!

Dr. Btoussard was very personable and concerned about my mental and physical health. She referred to notes she made in my file during my previous visit about personal life and goals. I didn't feel like I was being rushed in and out.

Dr. Broussard is amazing. The amount of time and care she gives while in her office is highly appreciated and lets me know my health is in good hands.

Both Dr. Broussard and her assistant Ashley (sp.) were very tentative, skilled and thorough. They showed compassion within their area of expertise. I felt they completely understood me and were working diligently to get me the care required especially a new patient. In areas of concern outside of Dr. Broussard's remit, she offered and ensured I had excellent referrals to get in touch with before I left our office.
