Dr. Johnny Orozco, DO

Beware: This man will gaslight you (wouldn’t schedule a requested appointment but pretended he was not declining to do so) and lie to your face (told me certain symptoms i had were inevitable and there was nothing to be done for them, told me i didnt get tests done that i could clearly see in my past test history had been done) and ignore you (is never in office and every time i messaged another dr i had never seen before would answer his patients messages) if you have any kind of chronic illness or pain, he is the opposite of helpful, caring or healing. I left almost every single appointment in tears, or on the brink of tears, not from sadness but from frustration and anger. i wish i’d found a new dr sooner than i did. If you care about getting the proper treatment you need, then do not make this man your doctor. He doesnt even deserve the title of Dr. If i could give zero stars, i would.

This guy will retaliate in your after visit report if you disagree with him.. and he is the only one according to Kaiser, that can change it.. CERO RESPECT FOR PATIENTS.. he sees them as customers, not as patients

+ Speaks Spanish and English ( however, not worth the terrible treatment) Prefer to Use translation services provided with a attentive and kind Doctor. - Overall questionable bedside manners - At every appointment is aggressive with patient and caregiver. Repeatedly states he does not have time to go over all symptoms because he already spent to much time on the previous patient. But does not suggest to make a follow up appointment with him. - Complains about the Kaiser System is broken and we should complain. -Also stated he doesn't care if he gets fired, he can get a job somewhere else.

I followed Dr Orozco to a new office because he is such a good clinician. He listens to his patients and takes his time to investigate symptoms. He is great at emailing and staying in touch. I trust him.
