Made an appointment for dizziness and ears constantly feeling like liquid is running. This doctor literally spent five minutes with me only to refer me to another ENT office because they don’t do the test I need it what was the point of making an appointment when I told them what the issue was upfront?? Do not waste your time

Long story short. DON'T GO THERE! HE IS INNEPT, ILL INFORMED, SLOPPY, UNCARING, AND COULD GIVE TWO RATS TAILS ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. I would give it a minus 5 rating if this was an option. Read the other reviews before making an appt. BE WARNED

He was very impatient, rushed through the examination, and was quite rude. Every question that I asked about my ailments would only be clearly answered with an expensive bill attached. Felt like I was robbed of my time and money as I left the office with no remedy for what I came resolve.

I'm baffled this guy is still in practice. Dr. Won has no manners and he is very rude and honestly looking at these reviews this has been going on for years. I was disgusted by his attitude and lack of professionalism. My boyfriend had a appointment with him and I was embarrassed I scheduled an appointment at Dr. Won office for him. Horrible and unprofessional man.

I just visited this man today. It was for a consult for my child’s possible tonsil removal. He came into the room with almost no expression on his face. You know what they say about first impressions!! Turns out that it was correct! He was extremely rude, and didn’t seem to have any care for my son as a patient at all. I mean, I’m a patient, and it’s his job to make me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities! I didn’t feel anything positive coming from this man! He barely talked to me and barely touched my son! This did not seem like a professional environment! I’ve seen better medicine practiced with children playing doctor!! Put frankly! I wouldn’t allow this man to operate on my teddy bear!

Appointment with Dr ontime. Dr Won and Dr Tyler very friendly and excellent service Both Drs. are great .........Also if you ask questions online they reply fast . 100 % satisfy . Also staff are friendly and place is very clean .

I needed help fast for an ear infection that had gone beyond urgent cares capabilities. His office had an extremely easy way to book an appointment online (and you can see all available times!!) without needing to call in. Further, I could prefill all the paperwork so I didn't have to do the mad scramble in office before the appointment. The staff were kind, and I was in to see the doctor at my time. Dr Won was extremely nice, and made me feel at ease. I'm generally pretty awkward, so it was nice. He didn't even frown when I derped and tried to correct him on left vs right (he knew obviously, and just wanted to check the healthy ear out first). To be fair, I've lost a lot of sleep lately due to the increasing infection, so I was extra dumb to be honest He fixed up my problem gently, quickly, and answered my questions. I am very grateful for his time and the service I received.

He did the balloon sinuplasty and i was in and out of the er due to nose bleeds after and now my eye and teeth are on fire. My vision is not like before either but yet when I have asked him in the past he didn't say a word now. I went there to get better not worst.

Absolutely would NOT recommend Do Not visit this doctor!!! Completely incompetent and a waste of time and money.

First off I am not a review person. I am a first responder who was looking for help w a painful ear infection. As I sat reading the reviews and I was like how bad could a doctor be that came referred by my GP. I didn’t even make it to see the Dr. The office was so poorly run. I was asked to come 30 to 40 minutes prior to my appointment for paperwork. I got there at two and at 3 o’clock I was still not called. The time needed to come early was for almost 20 pages of liability waivers. Asking me to sign 100% can’t sue the Dr. Nor go to court. Only their mediation company. RED FLAG. Everyone sitting in the waiting area with me was for a 2:40 appointment as well. How could this be? Even though everyone was wearing a mask on their own... there were no precautions being taken for COVID-19 everybody was stacked inside the waiting room and there was no limit on how many people could Come in. No separate seating. Just not a Dr I would see. I left. Too many other options. No form for Covid-19??

With all due respect, how is this man even a doctor? He seems impatient and not open to questions. Almost robotic like. He literally did not say 2-3 words the entire 10 minutes he was in the exam room with me. Awful. I received zero answers and left with more questions than I came in with. He should not be seeing patients.

Worst doctor I have ever experienced! He did not even examine my daughter’s throat, but informed me that I should schedule a tonsillectomy! This was a waste of money and time! Please people do not go to this man!

I left the office very frustrated. Dr Won was not open to questions. He seemed bother with very simple questions. He just said there is a lot of people with that problem and there is nothing to do. He could have been more professional and human and offer some options or suggestions to help alleviate my problem. I chose this Dr based on credentials but is disappointing when a Dr starts losing the human side and becomes just that only credentials.

Extremely bad doctor, over charge didn’t provide with anything. Save yourself some time and money and look for Someone else.

Extremely arrogant and rude. Like you were doing him a favor. My mother took her sister to see him and he couldn’t be bothered to explain anything. What a jerk.

Worst Doctor Ever

My experience with Dr Won has been increadibly informative. I have dealt with acid reflux for ten + years with no real improvements. Dr Won has taken the time to listen and provide help never offered before. I am looking forward to a life lnot lived around my current restraints. I would highly recommend his help to anyone!

Horrible. He is rude and impolite. He doesn't know how to deal with children. He was very rude to his staff. Worst doctor!

This doctor doesn't listen. He already knows he just want to make it easy for himself and write you a prescription. He also tries to prescribe medication for depression, stating it will help to calm a cough. He thinks someone who cough and sneeze a lot has a nerve problem! He's also a bit rude! Maybe he's more polite with other people whom he thinks are on the same level as himself! I would not recommend him to anyone. He doesn't deserve any stars!!!

Horrible experience!! He didn’t listen to anything I had to say about my ongoing issues with dizziness. He was a second opinion and had already made up his mind what was wrong with me. Wouldn’t even look at my past records. Told “nothing can be done get used to it and learn to live like this” I left in tears he clearly didn’t care at all. The office is huge I felt like I was being hearded like a cow. Not to mention I arrived at the exact time I was told to and was still made to wait 40mins.
