Worst emergency room doctor
I went to emergency room at El Camino hospital at Mountain View, CA for possible anaplylaxis after eating eggs. He was looking away while I was describing my symptoms. He treated me with contempt for no reason instead of treating me as a patient who was possibly suffering from anaphylaxis. One of the nurses was professional but I was discharged by Stephanie who was nasty and 'doctor' seems to have rubbed off his nastiness on her. When I asked if I could talk to a different doctor she said I'll have to re-checkin and put BP cuff on my hand and went away for 10 minutes. She did not want to give her last name and the front desk did not want to give her last name as well. Why are patients treated so badly? I have insurance and they suck blood out of patients for doctor visits. I wanted others to know what happened today.

Dr Kwan chose to be so disconcertingly arrogant and dismissive that I felt it necessary to leave a negative review. I arrived at the ER with chills, severe headache, and back & neckpain. The first thing I was told by this practitioner was that whatever was wrong with me should be seen by primary care & that I was wasting resources. Not empathetic at all! Only with my pleading did I get lab tests, which eventually led to a serious diagnosis, which was delivered only w grumbling. Sad!!!!
