Won't See Veteran Though She Took the VA Contract
My first one-star rating. Interesting Dr. Dunn has the Google listing 'closed permanently' and ratings are 'closed for this location'. Dr. Dunn has agreed to see local veterans through VA Community Care. I have significant and painful complications from surgery that was performed four hours from me and I am not cleared to drive. Despite all of this being explained to her and all of the medical records from UCSF and home health and the justification from the VA she twice refused to see me referring me back to my surgeon knowing full well that was not an option. Knowing also that there were no other options for me locally. I just cannot even imagine the type of doctor who would choose to respond in this manner.

THIS WOMAN IS A GOD-SEND! She is caring, gentle and took the time to answer ALL of my questions prior to and after my mother's stroke & carotid surgery. AND, she came back today, on her day off, Thanksgiving Day!, to check on her one more time before she's released. It appears mom will make a full recovery, BECUZ OF DR DUNN! ...so thankful for her, her team and her awesome skills and professionalism. God Bless her?
