Dr. Jolanta Dziok, MD

I had Dr Dziok as my daughter’s pediatrician when she was born since I was in a HMO and options were limited. I would definitely suggest going elsewhere if at all possible. My daughter had jaundice and issues gaining weight right after birth. She also had a tongue tie which caused a lot of pain (I was brought to tears, that’s how painful it was) while nursing. When I brought up my concerns, they were essentially brushed off and I was told to start formula or power through it and it may resolve on its own in three months. Lactation specialist said I should have the tongue tie repaired. I was told by pediatrician office that I needed another appointment, since Dr Dziok had not documented the tongue tie. I went in for the appointment and was told it may be WEEKS until the referral was ready. My daughter had the procedure and she gained weight immediately after and I was pain free, no thanks to this office. Office also forgot a vaccine, which I discovered later.

Doctor was ok , she listens to our concerns and address it properly. Their staff are not friends and money minded. Looks like don't trust their patients with respect to payments.

Dr. Dziok is top notch! She cared for my boys until we moved. She's so knowledgeable, caring & compassionate & demonstrated that throughout. Unfortunately, she also had to share the worst news of my life when she told me that my 4 yr old little boy had cancer, specifically Leukemia. She cried telling me & also came to visit him at a peds hospital a 1/2 hour away. Then 5 months later, she's came to my Kyle's funeral... I'll never forget what Dr. Dziok did during my greatest life storm! ??
